The town of San Sebastián Bernal, better known as Bernal, is plenty of history and culture. Therein lies one of the largest monoliths in the world after the Rock of Gibraltar in Spain and Sugarloaf in Brazil. Bernal was formed 65 million years ago in the Jurassic period when a volcanic chimney depleted its energy and the lava inside the volcano, with the climatological factors, formed this rock.
Its craft tradition over 100 years old is manifested through the rustic loom. We can also find articles of wool rugs, ponchos, jackets or in other materials we can also find other products such as shawls, embroidered cushions and tablecloths and clay pieces. Perhaps one of the biggest attractions of the place is the vineyards.
